Andie is a founder and principal of Ten3.
An Investment banker with significant experience in early and growth stage companies, Andie has been Executive Chairman or CEO of seven businesses - three start-ups & four turnarounds, and a non-executive director of several others. A former world class professional triathlete, Andie is by nature extremely competitive and sets high goals for himself and the teams with which he is involved.
Since December 2004 Andie has been the Chairman of Filtra, an Australian disruptive technology business. Under Andie’s leadership, Filtra has proven to be a successful turnaround story and has been recapitalised with the assistance of his Ten3 partners.
Andie has previously built successful teams within HarrisonGray Asia-Pacific, HarrisonGray Inc & Axio. In 2003, he led the MBO of HarrisonGray, the US based corporate advisory firm of which he was CEO & Managing Partner. As an Executive Director at Axio, a corporate advisory firm specialising in funding, structuring and incubation of emerging technology businesses, Andie built a business that was a leader in its field. He was responsible for numerous large-scale IT, Oil & Gas, e-Commerce and banking projects in the USA, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.
Andie has held a number of senior executive roles in both private & publicly listed corporate finance, lease financing, medical device and clean technology companies.
Andie lives in London where he heads up the UK operations for Ten3 Ventures.
