The AIM market is the London Stock Exchange’s international market for small-to-medium growing companies. AIM is akin today to what the Nasdaq was in its formative days. The Ten3 team brings its considerable AIM market experience to each of its portfolio companies.
From the point of first investment we work with our portfolio companies to devise and execute an aggressive yet achievable exit strategy. And for us, exit strategy doesn’t mean the end of the road - rather the point at which all of the blood, sweat, tears and capital of the entrepreneurs, founders and cornerstone investors can be crystallized by way of an externally measurable value.
Ten3’s role typically continues for at least 1-2 years post-admission - thus we align our goals and those of our portfolio companies by continuing to help build value in the aftermarket.
